🕒 Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
📦 Return Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
- Items returned used or damaged will incur an additional 30% fee, deducted from the refund.
💰 Restocking Fee
All eligible returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
⏳ Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your return.
- Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment, minus applicable fees.

- Our customer service team will provide return shipping instructions and the appropriate return address.
📫 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or shipped in error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as RadiaVita is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Final sale merchandise
- Promotional giveaways
- Items marked as "non-returnable"
